Northwestern Family Home Improvement and the Carper Family have made a pledge and commitment to our customer’s satisfaction for almost 24 years.  “If it’s our fault, we fix it.” This pledge has no time constraints.

All the products we purchase and incorporate into your projects are warranted.  Our Labor warranty on every product we sell and everything we build is 2 years (unless we have made a mistake).

Our future depends on our customer’s satisfaction and we take that very seriously.  Some of our referral chains are over a dozen contracts with just one family and some streets with every home a customer, with just a couple of exceptions. Over (l) in every (10) homes in Crystal Lake have been serviced by Northwestern Family Home Improvement, Inc.
